“NEMO Webinar on effective digital storytelling in museums” on 1 February 2024 and provides participants with an introduction to building an effective digital storytelling strategy as well as ways to frame stories for the web and share them in a way that connects audiences to the mission of their institutions. The webinar is open to beginners and experienced storytellers!
The webinar framework is to answer questions on “what stories should we share” and “which tools should we use” to connect with audiences in an active and engaging manner while helping them become involved in the community.
Also included in the webinar are case studies and examples of projects led by The Heritage Lab.

Medhavi Gandhi, the founder of The Heritage Lab is the webinar’s speaker, currently working at the intersection of cultural heritage, social development and education in India. Having hosted multiple workshops for diverse audiences worldwide on communication, web-writing, museum digital strategy building, online exhibition curation, digital programs, partnership development and participatory projects! Furthermore, they have lengthy experience in running sessions on digital tools applications for teaching history, arts and digital humanities projects.
